Members’ Code of Conduct

This Code of Conduct should be read in conjunction with the Club Rules, a copy of which is displayed at the clubhouse, with further copies available from the Hon. Secretary on request.

The primary object of the club is the promotion and support of recreational and sporting activities in the village of Bere Regis.

Club members are expected to conduct themselves in a responsible manner at all times when representing the club in matches, at club functions and on the club premises.

Bere Regis Sports Club supports the National Governing Bodies of the sports in which it participates and expects all playing members to abide by any rules, directives and codes of conduct issued by such governing bodies.

BRSC Club Rule 10 states that “Any member of the club can introduce guests on any occasion provided that no person whose application for membership of the club has been declined or who has been expelled from the club shall be introduced as a guest.” – In doing so, the club member undertakes responsibility for ensuring that the guest(s) behave in a manner expected of members themselves as detailed above.

Failure to abide by the code of conduct may lead to disciplinary action.
